Feel free to change the date, I just picked something approximately one month from now since that seems to be the meeting frequency.

The idea here is to create issues as we have been doing previously, but now also group them under a meeting milestone, from which we can easily create the meeting agenda.

Issues should of course still be discussed in the issue thread and don't need to be grouped under a meeting milestone.

This is just a suggestion, object if you don't like it.
