Meeting Summarizer

1. Generate a 100 word summary, out of a recorded video. The summary should never exceed 100 words, no matter the length of recording.
2. It should include all the important points and should reject random gibberish
3. 2 Approaches possible : Feed a pre-recorded video, and generate the summary (Easy) and second one being Summarize in real time (Very Difficult)
4. If using first approach, make a web application to deploy this summarizer, so webapp should have a functionality to upload video, for second approach, try making an app
5. Save the summaries of 100 meetings in DB
