The requirements.txt file lists all Python libraries that the rover GUI depends on, and they can be installed using:
pip install -r requirements.txt
The file ip_list.txt includes all Rover related IPs formatted as <Name>=<IP> in each line
Add a # in front of any line to exclude it during runtime
Connection to a controller is necessary for the script to run
