Following feedback by my colleague some nice fixes:

The Remove/Import "thing" buttons were not enabled appropriately
Error messages when a profile name/directory conflict occurred during creation, renaming or copying profiles were too technical for users
"Select all items" also selected the greyed-out Core plugins, which would not get imported/deleted, which was confusing
