Implements the Shout lookup argument, for the special case of$d = 1$ . This case is described in Section 4.1 of the paper, while the fast prover implementation is detailed in Section 6.
Note that this implementation is currently standalone –– it is not hooked up to a polynomial commitment scheme or to the rest of Jolt.
