The light characteristic are Fl(3) R 15s and LFl WRG 8s and the times for starting and stopping the light during the night has been estimated from data for sunrises and sunsets in the locations of the lighthouses (northeast France and Stockholm). This data was taken from dateandtime.com

To use the deploy script arduino and arduino-mk must be installed. On Ubuntu sudo apt-get install arduino arduino-mk should do the trick.
