1.18.0 Testing Release

Custom rolled release of the Electrical Age mod.

MAKE BACKUPS OF YOUR WORLD - BREAKING CHANGES - We're introducing BREAKING changes. You CANNOT roll back.

Adds:

• Proper logging subsystem
• New items (yet unused): Silicon wafer, Transistor, Thermistor, Nibble Memory, and ALU
• Direct Poles - enable the user to place poles that can bring the voltage on top to the bottom!
• Grid Switch - Switch even the highest voltages!
• Multi-color VU meter - set the color based on the voltage, 0V for off.
• New fuel compat.
• Enhanced support for commands with colored output
• Brand new command handler classes with intelligent interface
• Energy exporter can now set the output IC2 tier.
• Various new commands. Please report bugs, not all edge cases tested!

Changes:

• Refactoring a lot of code to Kotlin
• Voltage probe in voltage mode (not inline mode) can handle grid voltages
• Creative cable can handle grid voltages
• Probably more broken code for the energy exporters.
• More comments on config items
• Energy exporter now doesn't have voltage tiers
• Energy exporter can import Eln voltage from any side, and export to any side

Fixes:

• Shaft network bug with client desync
• Lamp supply bug with divide by zero
