How to update your Airboxlab unit to the latest firmware

For Mac OS users

  • Connect the airboxlab to your computer via USB and make sure it is on.
  • Download and install the following program.
  • Download and unzip the following application to update your Airboxlab.
  • Run “Airboxlab flash tool.app”
  • Click the “Flash the airboxlab” button

  • Your airboxlab will shutdown, then reboot by itself when the update is done
  • If everything went well, you should have the following message.

  • You can enjoy the new features now!

For Windows users

  • Connect the airboxlab to your computer via USB and make sure it is on.
  • Download and unzip the following application to update your airboxlab.
  • Run Airboxlab flashing tool.exe. If no airboxlab device is detected, it may means that windows driver are not installed. You can fin them here.
  • Click the “Flash the airboxlab” button

  • Your airboxlab will shutdown, then reboot by itself when the update is done
  • If everything went well, you should have the following message:
