- Access on the LCD display to more printer parameters like Feedrate, Acceleration and Jerk settings

Bug fix
- #15 Will not x-home if you cancel a print and then restart

- #28 In Print Settings, pressing on plus or minus button changes the wrong value
- #31 Stop, Pause and Resume are not working when printing from USB. (Note: functionality removed in this version)
