This adds an antora extension to generate an atom feed based off blog articles. New articles will automatically be added to the feed.

Note: we can't substitute these attributes in the byline, because it breaks when we embed that byline into index.adoc.
Also, these attributes must be placed before the header.

This adds an antora extension to generate an atom feed based off blog articles! Closes #6
The feed will be available at https://pkl-lang.org/blog/feed.xml.
New articles will automatically be added to the feed. Every article should have date, author, and author-url top-level attributes.
I added this nifty little icon (I'm not good at UX, so... feel free to suggest a better placement)
