Try it using the attached .jar files! Note there is a Windows 64 and a 32 bit version. They differ in the included openCV dll.
If you are using another OS, download either of the two files and grab the openCV version for your OS from http://opencv.org/downloads.html
The library files should be for example under /build/java/x64 in the openCV archive.
