Prepare for the review phase

Description

This PR cleans up the repo and prepare it for the review phase.

Main changes

1. Remote requirement files (we will only use Poetry)
   • Remove requirements.txt as we use pyproject.toml #26
2. Add Windows manifest file and __main__.py
   • Add windows manifest and __main__.py #27
3. Add example config file in doc
   • Add config file #28

How was the PR tested?
