Stand now supports users who speak:

• English, as usual
• French
• Spanish

As before, Stand supports macOS 13.5 on Apple Silicon and Intel.

Introducing Idle mode

Idle mode is designed for when you're using your stand-up desk for offline activities, but still want to have your timer. Enter full screen to enable!

As before, Stand will run on any macOS device running macOS 13.5 or later (tested using macOS 15.3).
