The PSF photometry
make_model_imageandmake_residual_imagemethods no longer include the local background by default, which causes issues if thepsf_shapeof sources overlap. This is a backwards-incompatible change. If the previous behavior is desired, setinclude_localbkg=True.Followup to #1691.
