Update website limitations from recent fixes and findings

What is this change?

Updating https://compiledcssinjs.com/ with changes noted internally:

• Fixing the "Migrating from Emotion" link as it's broken.
• The "dynamic selectors" issue isn't a runtime issue, it's generic.
• Mixing dynamic values and indirect selectors will never work (we should throw new Error) (Compiled dynamic css variables are not compatible with indirect/non-dependent selectors. #1789)
• Ternaries should work now (fixed through Conditional ternary CSS rules #389 and Ternaries within css do not get extracted with cssMap #1750)
