Merge pull request #1067 from bettio/update-esp-idf-versions

CI: ESP32: update 5.0.4 to 5.0.6, 5.1.2 to 5.1.3

These changes are made under both the "Apache 2.0" and the "GNU Lesser General
Public License 2.1 or later" license terms (dual license).
