Change log for the release (v 1.3.1):

• fixes bug causing crash of the wallet when receiving updating stake weight (happened when unlocking the wallet or staking)
• increases the threshold for the stake splitting to 5000 ADC (coin groups under 5000 ADC won't get split anymore)
• re-enables dark theme
