feat: bumped up react-native version to 0.74.1 and expo to 50.0.0

• Upgraded the React Native version to 0.74.1 and Expo version to 49.0.21
• Upgraded the actions/setup-node action which is part of main.yml
• Ignored snyk vulnerabilities caused due to the latest version (50.0. 17) of expo for the time being as there isn't any solution for it right now.
• Created a .snyk file and added ignore rules using snyk ignore command based on discussion with @poovamraj & @evansims

Testing

• Tested the WebAuth flow on both Android and iOS platforms and everything is working as expected.

• This change adds unit test coverage
• This change has been tested on the latest version of the platform
