New release v2.1.1

  • pom files updated to latest version of dsol, jfree, poi, djunits, djutils, etc.
  • replaced simulator time SimTimeDouble by double (now possible because of dsol4)
  • simplified the dependency on DEVSSimulatorInterface
  • adapted DSOLModel ClockPanel, MedlabsPanel, etc. on new dsol4 version
  • corrected use of infectionRateFactor in probability based transmission
  • count number of persons per location and sublocation for analysis
