Capacity type flag (#90)

* New CLI flag to set capacity type (spot or on-demand)

* Improve config tests

Add missing parameters (auto-termination, keep EBS, capacity type).
Improve override test by starting with a different set of values from a "file".

* Update README with capacity-type flag

Also fix table formatting.

* Replace tabs with spaces in README so lines will align

* Update help text for capacity-type CLI flag; indicate that On-Demand is the default
