Contour Implementation Notes

1. ParameterBlockJAI "Contour" operator related error.

The error was caused by the missing registryFile.jai (/Users/Shared/seadas7/seadas/seadas-app/src/main/resources/META-INF/registryFile.jai). The error was gone after adding this file. I checked it in in git repository (7/1/2014)

2. Image CRS matters in displaying contour lines on the original image and in the shape file.
