- Adds --rm to 'clean' command - Adds --rm to 'test' command - Improves whitespace in build-xml script - Fixes default service name in scripts/console
This leaked over into the XML config PR from other ongoing work. Putting it back as it was.

Some script cleanup that I did initially on the
feature/multi-environment-deploymentbranch but separated off since it's not directly related and might as well go in.Also a fix for the
env_filename change that got into PR #138 but belongs with that other branch and broke thedevelopbuild.
