IFEM restored to its 2003 glory :-)

The main focus of this release has been reviving IFEM to its 2003 state which proved to be a bit challenging since

  • I only had a broken copy of the source tree - I didn't use version control back then (facepalms)
  • Toolchains are 64-bit by default and it took me sometime to figure out how to generate the desired binary format.
  • I needed to ramp up on the details once again.
