* Logout not clearing SiteMinder cookies. May also want to consider doing this before creating a BCEID account (can conflict with already logged in / created IDIR / BCEIDs).

Version update.

Move logoutSiteMinder to a prop.

Fix parameter.

One more minor touch.

Update package-lock.json.

Put SbcSignout.vue back to what it was.
Npm i.
Add in SITEMINDER_LOGOUT_URL.

* Minor tweak.

* Spacing fix.
