This isn't how the ignore list works. Suppose you follow me, you want me to post to your relay, but I follow bots. The ignore list ignores who I follow so the bots don't get in. This PR would just delete my notes but I would still be able to post |

Oh, my misunderstanding. I thought it was pubkeys of bots you want to ignore. |

Added functionality to batch delete notes of ignored users. Used to clean up after replygirl.
.env format should be:
IGNORE_FOLLOWS_LIST=key1,key2
