checkout the repository:
git clone https://github.com/blat/potatopotato && cd potatopotato -
install dependencies:
composer install -
copy the configuration file:
cp config.ini-dist config.ini -
edit the configuration file

run the script:
./potatopotato -
point the document root of your HTTP server to
/path/to/potatopotato/build/ -
add the script
/path/to/potatopotato/potatopotatoto your crontab to automatically refresh the feeds
