Feature:
Update the dependency

  1. refactor the code with newest api of dependency.
  2. refactor the cargo configure.
  3. remove the cap-std-sync, it move to wasi-common.

Fix Bug:
If the configure is error, the error is not appear in console.

Others:

  1. code format.
  2. update comment for code.
