I was getting error: controller0 failed: failed to start server: FTL terminating with signal interrupt: context canceled: failed to start server: FTL terminating with signal interrupt: context canceled occasionally in ftl dev. This fixes it

I was getting
FTL terminating with signal interrupt: context canceled
occasionally in ftl dev. This fixes it
