feature: nft claim status, claimer id & user mintability #23

nfts now contain

their recipient id
whether they have been claimed
the account information now includes
whether the user is allowed to mint (create certificates)
the ui now uses this information to hide corresponding elements (claim button, link to the minting page) when not applicable
