Summary of the upcoming changes:

• Refined traffic management layer: traffic target conclusions are based upon observing endpoints (vs declaring it ready once label shifting is done)

• Reworked release controller:

  • single-loop controller (vs release loop + application loop)
  • changes in strategy executor: it processes all releases in the timeline (vs picking incumbent and contender). Therefore, we started refining terminology: head + tail releases vs contender + incumbent.
