How to use a static executable
Static executables have no external dependencies, which means:
- They can be used with any Linux distribution
- No additional packages need to be installed on a system
- No need for root privileges
Just download the attached tar file, extract it and see the built-in help for examples to get started:
$ tar -xf proxperfect-static-x86_64.tar.gz
$ ./proxperfect --help

As an alternative to the static executable, docker containers are available here on Docker Hub.
