This PR adds a new package for kmod, a set of tools for managing Linux kernel modules. kmod is used while building the Linux kernel-- specifically, when calling
make modules_installI decided to enable all the optional features during the build: gzip/xz/zstd compression, plus OpenSSL for crytography stuff
