There are some components and panels for an OLED display. This is a bit specific to the model I was testing with, and may need tweaks for the exact dimensions you have on hand, but the idea works.
An inset panel for a level and directional arc + W directionals.
An inset panel for Sega 2P + 1.
A new panel to cram a lever + 6 30mm buttons into one panel, making for a nice compact arcade stick.
Another dustwasher that better fits JLF shafts.
Improvements
The frames now take an inset top and bottom, allowing for a thinner case if you use insets.
Accordingly, bottom panels are now either inset or overhangs. v3.0 overhang bottom panels don't have the inset mount, but could still be mounted to a v3.1 frame (just take care not to over-stress them, since they will bow). The reverse is not true for v3.1 overhang bottom panels with v3.0 frames, they will stick out further on the bottom since they expect the bottom to be carved out. The v3.1 inset bottom panel against a v3.0 frame is basically the old behavior of a jutting out bottom.
Cleanups for the 24mm directional arc layouts.
The directional arc (+ W) layouts have been scooted a bit to the right, this feels a bit better on the hand. They used to arc a bit more to the left, kind of like how Noir does, but no longer.
Button layouts have mostly been scooted down 5mm in order to fit a bit more cleanly on inset panels/not have the decorative plates hang over the edge of inset panels.
