Je publie sur ce site une liste de ressources qui me parait utile, principalement pour en avoir un référencement clair. Je cherche à vérifier leurs authenticités, mais je ne suis qu'un simple pratiquant laique, alors je vous invite à rester alerte. Pour votre pratique il est important de vous connecter avec un enseignant authentique, d'écouter les enseignement du Dharma et de faire des retraites.
