Welcome to the wiki for the NAACL Workshop on Creating Speech and Language Data With Amazon’s Mechanical Turk! Feel free to add to this wiki to give tips to other workshop participants.

Hints:

  • Highlighting words – javascript that highlights words that Turkers click on and records their indicies
  • Geolocation – javascript that records geographic information about your Turkers based on their IP addresses
  • Word alignment – a javascript interface for doing word alignments for machine translation or paraphrasing
