Revamp documentation

Revamps the documentation.

• Make user journeys clearer.
• Migrate API reference to Fern Definition. This is easier to hand-write and maintain than the OpenAPI spec.
• Add docs for localization, spell and break tags, and a few other features.
• Set up redirects between old and new docs.
