Added support for placeholder for third party recipients field

Thanks for the PR! - looks like an interesting way to get it to send emails to managers/related users on a Moodle site that doesn't have a normal concept of user hierarchies etc. |

Added support for placeholder for third party recipients field
Please be aware, changes were tested on version 44, but seems to be worked for 405, please test it additionally, I have no resources to do it by myself
