Thanks so much for your contribution! 🙏

I reviewed and edited it, and I will merge it now as it is but I would be happy to discuss some of the edits and reverse them if needed.

I added https://tutanota.com/ to the Russian test list, as this domain is blocked there. I agree that in the global test list we should have an updated domain.

We are trying to limit the number of contributions to the Global test list as this is the test list which is being tested by all our users in all countries including those with very limited traffic capacity. Thus, I removed the following entries:

https://h-node.org/ -- is one of FSF's projects, I think if we add FSF website, there is no need to add specific projects as well
http://naenara.com.kp/ -- this domain is already included in South Korean test list, we can add it to some other local test lists if you think it is relevant, but I don't think it is relevant for global testing
https://www.tejo.org/ -- is one of the UEA's projects, I think if we add UEA website, there is no need to add specific projects as well
https://www.lutheranworld.org/ -- it seems to be relatively small religious organisation, I don't think it will get censored in any country or region, please let me know if you have another opinion
https://neocities.org/ -- is included in Indonesian test list, could you please clarify why do you think it is important to include it in the global test list?
https://tilde.club/ -- is a very small project, could you please clarify why do you think it is important to include it in the global test list?
https://www.mofa.go.jp/, https://mofa.go.kr/, https://www.mofa.gov.tw/, http://www.mfa.gov.kp/ -- could be added to the relevant country-specific test lists, could you please clarify why do you think it is important to include them in the global test list?
