Update to HTTPS version, according to current usage of the website (no blocking record of any version, either HTTPS or HTTP)

Remove HTTPS version of a domain with a path, as they can't be properly checked

Remove old pages that can longer be found

Remove duplicated

Add info about redirection / site activity

Remove
- https://www.asiasoft.net/ - Redirected to new domain: https://www.asphere.co/, no history of censorship previously, not significant
- http://www.thailove.com/ - No longer in operation, a park domain now, no history of censorship

Edit
- https://www.utopia-asia.com/tipsthai.htm/ -> https://www.utopia-asia.com/tipsthai.htm (Remove trailing slash, the URL with trailing slash is 404)

hi @bact! Thanks so much for the contribution! I have only some minor comments:

  • https://www.tei.or.th/tbcsd/ can be removed since it is on https and separate pages cannot be blocked
  • http://pantip.com/forum/rajdumnern/ redirects me to the https version of the website, should we update it to https?
  • https://www.utopia-asia.com/tipsthai.htm ideally should be shortened to https://www.utopia-asia.com/ since it's on https
  • http://upload.prachatalk.com/ redirects me to https://www.prachatalk.com/, should we add it instead?
  • should we add https://www.beintheknow.org/ and https://aseannow.com/ to the test list too?

Please let me know if you have time to update the PR, otherwise if you agree with the suggestions, I am happy to update it myself and merge it today :)

* `https://www.tei.or.th/tbcsd/` can be removed since it is on `https` and separate pages cannot be blocked

Agree.

* `http://pantip.com/forum/rajdumnern/` redirects me to the `https` version of the website, should we update it to `https`?

I remove this altogether, since we already have https://pantip.com in the list.

* `https://www.utopia-asia.com/tipsthai.htm` ideally should be shortened to `https://www.utopia-asia.com/` since it's on `https`

Agree.

* `http://upload.prachatalk.com/` redirects me to `https://www.prachatalk.com/`, should we add it instead?

https://www.prachatalk.com/ is now a spam page. So I don't think we need it.

http://www.prachatalk.com however has a history of getting blocked.
So the test against the exact same URL may still useful.

* should we add `https://www.beintheknow.org/` and `https://aseannow.com/` to the test list too?

We already have https://aseannow.com/ in the list.

For https://www.beintheknow.org/, it may not be very relevant to Thailand context. So I think we don't need it.

I also remove few PORN URLs that no longer active or no longer a porn from the list.

Hope by this we can have a more compact and relevant list - that will increase chance of meaningful URLs to get tested.

I have updated the PR.
