Adjust SSP to get implementation statements dynamically from the new authoring tools.
Make "white-space: pre-wrap;" for Control guidance text that was breaking divs in Chrome.
Display of System Status in SSP was done by conditional and did not display a link back to the question. Fix by just displaying the `project.system_info_technical.system_status.text`.
…tes in GovReady. Currently shows System Name, System Short Name, System Description, and Operational Status.
Updated output template `ssp_v1.md` to display the fact no control requirements have been assigned to the system in the case that controls have not yet been assigned to system. This avoids Section 13 just ending with the introduction paragraphs to Section 13.
