Describe the feature

Most people choose to share a home with another family as they note that 5 days in a shelter isn't a good permanent solution. Perhaps revisit the card options, or add some additional context by saying the sharing a home can increase stress. There isn't a good reason for people to ever choose living in a shelter. Is this intentional?
