Stormwind - add new script for Quest 'The Attack' (#1244)

* Correct tyrion's Spybot spawnpoints

add waypoints to tyrion's spybot
add little rp when spybot reaches tyrion

* Add start script for quest 'the attack'

and add all of spybot waypoint rps

* Add Lord Gregor Lesovar waypoints and RP scripts

* Add Marzon the Silent Blade waypoints and scripts

* add royal guard waypoints

* Lord Gregor Lescovar - restore faction before moving back

* rename file and remove unconfirmed change
