Conformance results for v1.25/talos

This PR adds the conformance results for the 1.25.0 release of
Kubernetes and v1.2 of Talos.

@smira thanks for submitting! Is this the same product as Talos here? Does it need to be updated to Talos Linux? If so, could you please submit a new participation form?

Do you want to use the Talos logo - I noticed that the Sidero logo is linked in this PR. We need the logo to match the product name as much as possible.

@taylorwaggoner it's the same product Talos Linux, the company got renamed from Talos Systems (the logo which was used previously) to Sidero Labs.

We don't have any specific logo for Talos (see e.g. www.talos.dev), it's still using company logo.
