Parse all actions - even those without shortcuts

This release has refactored and improved parsing. The depth now runs 2 nested sub menus deep, and all actions are captured, even those without assigned shortcuts.

If you want to capture the non-shortcut and nested actions but they've already been parsed by a previous version, you can click this button to parse them again:

Another big change is that each shortcut now has its own set of options, so each one can be toggled on or off and the rating can be edited.

Changes in this version:

• Actions can be parsed down to 2 levels
• Actions without bound shortcuts can be parsed
• Each action has its own settings
• Standard shortcut for cmd+, now opens ShortcutMagic settings
