HN.7 was also added in this commit. @corneliusroemer lineage_notes.txt includes T20028C as a defining mutation for HN.7, but some of the designated sequences are from the USA-mostly node before T20028C, i.e. they don't have a C at 20028. Should lineage_notes.txt be changed to drop the T20028C, or should lineages.csv be changed to drop the sequences that do not have T20028C? Some examples:

@corneliusroemer it would be possible to avoid two unrelated designations in one commit only? i know maybe that could help u to save some time but really the second unrelated designation seems ghost then.
