- Removes unused privacy permission that FF reviews caught (thanks!)
- Fixes a issue where cookise were being stripped in first party requests (Version 2019.7.9 breaking many sites #184) and adds tests
- Fixes an issue with the selenium tests where PP wasn't starting up before the tests would run
