Major changes:

  • New feature: "find-cds" module (determine most likely CDS given a transcript using PhyloCSF scores)
  • New feature: "build-tracks" now outputs PhyloCSF*Regions.bed files for each frame
  • Improvement: "build-tracks" has now a much better parallelization and less I/O operations
  • Bug: "build-tracks" had an off-by-one error for base positions in PhyloCSFpower.wig
