Integration of interative website

We added the interactive website, which allows to explore the variation in fermentation product harvest with major dietary parameters and microbiota composition.

First release

First release of our code to estimate the daily harvest of microbial fermentation products by the human host, mainly to generate a DOI for archival on Zenodo.
