This PR adds the BaytScraper implementation to the existing codebase.

Correctly constructs URLs and retrieves the set of specified job listings.
All job details (title, URL, company name, and location) are extracted reliably, preventing any missing or incorrect data issues.
The code adheres to the project's coding standards and patterns.
