Part of #3
Adds a new row to the video details page for actions. The only action currently is to add a tag to the scene.
This PR adds a generic "Search For" activity that allows for searching any supported data type and returning the ID of the selected item.
Also refactors the Tag parsing from graphql by introducing a fragment to reduce redundant code.
